In May 2005, Bootstraps Comedy Theater was recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)3 charitable organization and therefore qualified to receive tax deductible gifts.

As with any non-profit organization, Bootstraps relies on our donors to continue to produce
and grow as an organization.

Donors will receive a tax acknowledgement, recognition in our programs,
on our website (see below) and in the Bootstraps Buzz e-mail Newsletter.
